Love over fear, smiles over frowns, our power in togetherness, our strength in the unique. Seen beyond belief, tears of a clown, unmasked, authentic. We resonate with compassion, buzz like bees, carry light, guided by angels, feeding the universe within and without us. The wonder is in the release. The peace, love happiness and joy.

This Album was written based on all my learnings from the love of Laughing Yoga. Laughing Wellness.

Laughter yoga (Hasyayoga) is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter.Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yogais done in groups, with eye contact, jokes and playfulness between participants.
Laughter has been shown to,
1. Stimulate/boost the immune system;
2. Alleviate pain;
3. Reduce anxiety and stress;
4. Reduce depression;
5. Promote a sense of hopefulness.

What if you don’t feel like laughing? No problem, fake it until you make it. Physiologically speaking, for the most part, your body doesn’t know the difference. And, faking it often leads to the real thing which may be exactly the health supplement you need to get to the positive side of negative circumstances.

• Health Benefits – Laughter acts as a pump and the heartier it is, the bigger it’s impact. Deep breathing stimulates the cleansing of the lymphatic system (the engine of the immune system)
• It’s free exercise Can increase the rate of toxic elimination by as much as 15 times the normal rate. More lymphocytes, anitbodies = elevated immune system!
• Exercises the facial,chest skeletal and gastrointestinal areas of the body without the aches and pains associated with cardiovascular exercise. Extra serotonin is released in the gastroinal tract!
